  2. 3 cups chopped chicken, maybe more if it is not thick enough.
1 6oz package whipped cream cheese
    2 table spoons milk
    2 packages crescent rolls
1 table spoons dried chopped chives
    salt to taste
    1/2 cup melted butter
    crushed croutons

(I substituted 4oz of chive and onion cream cheese mixed with 3-4oz of regular cream cheese instead of all regular cream cheese with the dried chives. It is easier than messing with chives!)

Boil chicken and chop. (set cream cheese out to get a little warm) Press two crescent roll triangles together to make a rectangle. mix chicken, milk, chives, cream cheese, and salt. Split this mixture between the crescent roll rectangles. Fold the crescents over the mixture. dip in melted butter, and then in crushed croutons. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes, until done. Makes 8 packets!

    Enjoy!

  3. PS I also substituted crushed Ritz crackers for the croutons. We didn't have any croutons at the time!
